Overview: This client needed a presentation transformed into an interactive Instructor-Led Training (ILT). After reviewing the existing presentation and gathering necessary information such as time constraints for the training, I designed an ILT that included discussions, reflections, and short writing activities. I created a new slide deck with a design the incorporated the client's brand as well as that of their partner. This project included an Instructor Guide and an interactive learner guide with all necessary links, activities, and editable sections to take notes and answer questions. The process for this project included a design pitch, several rounds of feedback, and a train the trainer session.
